KB Dance and Exercise Academy was founded in 2010 and the demand for places has already resulted in expansion to four venues.  Children of all ages, BOYS and GIRLS, thoroughly enjoy the Street/Modern dance classes which help them to develop their own funky, energetic style of dancing whilst at the same time providing exercise in an enjoyable and friendly environment.

Principal; Kimberley Bowen has been dancing since the age of four and has over twenty years dance experience: from shows to festivals and also dancing at some of London’s prestigious West End Theatres.

Street dance is a new/modern style of dance which is both exciting and thrilling for the children. From the outset KB’s dance classes have been structured to provide 100% participation throughout the duration of the lesson. Enjoyment is also of paramount importance in helping to maximise the student’s ability to learn and retain the dance steps taught during the classes. In addition the dance classes help build self confidence and enhance social skills.

Kimberley and the children are looking forward to taking part in numerous performances and shows in the upcoming years.
